"The New York State Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL) lends audio and braille books and magazines to eligible residents of upstate New York who have a qualifying print disability. Currently, over 14,700 individual New Yorkers of all ages are registered for and receive Talking Book services.(New York State Library, 2018)"
